When you have completed your shopping, follow the below steps to proceed to check-out:
- Navigate to the cart, found in the top right hand corner.
- Follow the simple prompts to guide you through the purchase process.
YOU will be required to enter both shipping, payment information & agree to T&C's.

We accept payment by PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and AFTERPAY.

When purchasing your card will be charged in AUD $ and any conversions will be handled by your financial institution. If you have any questions regarding conversions, please contact your bank or financial institution.
Pre-Order allows you to secure your purchase, ahead of the piece being available for delivery.
Full payment is required, and notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once dispatched.

Both Store Credit & Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

All orders are packaged in a branded 100% Organic Cotton dust bag. We encourage you to use this bag to store your knitwear. This will aid in preserving the shape of your garment and avoid it being stretched out of shape.
All our packaging is 100% recyclable including mailers, labels, branding and packing tape . Not only do they protect your order from being damaged during shipping but they are easy for you to dispose of ethically and responsibly in your recycling bin.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is via either Australia Post or DHL Express.
If you are an international customer, you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
ONTE is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
All prices are displayed inclusive of GST (10% tax).
After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the shipment information.
Upon dispatch, all customer will receive notification via email, that includes full tracking information for their parcel. To track your item, visit the Australia Post website or the DHL EXPRESS website.
All orders are sent with either Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on the destination.
Domestic Standard Service: 2-7 days.
Domestic Express Service: 1-3 days.
International Express Service: New Zealand - 3-5 days.
International Express Service: Rest of the world - 3-10 days (Depending on country)

ONTE is happy to process the return of items purchased, for exchange, credit note or refund, under the following conditions:
- Domestic orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase, and completed returns form.
- International Orders must be returned within 21 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase and completed returns form.
- Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with original tags attached.
Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.
Orders placed with Afterpay are only eligible for a credit note or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
ONTE is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
