SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are packaged in a branded 100% Organic Cotton dust bag.

We encourage you to use this bag to store your knitwear.

This will aid in preserving the shape of your garment and avoid it being stretched out of shape.

All our packaging is 100% recyclable including mailers, labels, branding and packing tape .

Not only do they protect your order from being damaged during shipping but they are easy for you to dispose of ethically and responsibly in your recycling bin.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Please ensure there that there is either a safe place to leave the package or that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature may be requested upon delivery.

If a signature is required and an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

POSSIBLE DELAYS & COVID-19

We strive to provide timely delivery to all of our customers by dispatching orders as we receive them daily.

On a rare occasion, your order may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Our logistic partners, Australia Post EMS and DHL, are experiencing significant delivery delays to all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19.

Our logistic partners continue to work closely with airlines and the destination postal operators to move orders as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the shipping and delivery delays that occur after the order has left our warehouse.

PROCESSING

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Saturday, depending on the carrier.

Please ensure there that there is either a safe place to leave the package or that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature may be requested upon delivery.

If a signature is required and an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

CLICK&COLLECT - MELBOURNE ONLY

We offer a CLICK & COLLECT Service for all Melbourne based Customers, from the ONTE HQ in South Yarra.

You may collect your order from 50 Davis Ave, South Yarra, 3141, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Click&Collect orders are usually ready within 2 hours. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected.

You will be required to confirm your pick-up by providing a 30 minute window for the collection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed before 14:00 AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same business day. 

Please note, we do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays.

Orders placed during this time will be processed the next available business day.

Free Domestic Standard Shipping is available to all orders over AUD $300.00.

Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not ONTE Pty Ltd.

ONTE is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned.
