ONTE Pty Ltd (ABN 64 632 669 642) (“ONTE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) owns and operates the website www.onte.com.au (“Website”). By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website.

The Onteptyltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ONTE Pty Ltd (“Onteptyltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, changes to these Mobile Terms are effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

  • By consenting to Onteptyltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Onteptyltd to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using automated systems or other technology.
  • Service messages may include order updates, account alerts, and other important information. Promotional messages may include offers, specials, and cart reminders.
  • Participation is voluntary. You are not required to subscribe to the Service to make a purchase.
  • While the Service is free, you are responsible for all text messaging fees from your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies.
  • To opt out, text STOP to ONTE or use the unsubscribe link in any message. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you.
