Pre-Orders

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Full payment will be collected at checkout. The estimated delivery date will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. You may request a change to your pre-order (e.g. delivery address or size); size changes will depend on inventory availability. If your payment method for a pre-order is Afterpay, change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as per our returns policy. ONTE may consider change-of-mind cancellations on a case-by-case basis; where approved, a credit note will be issued for the full amount. If your order is dispatched after the estimated delivery date, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund to your original payment method, regardless of payment type.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, not as described, or not delivered within a reasonable time.
