Job Title: Studio Coordinator
Reports To: Creative Director
Location: Armadale Studio
Position Type: Part time ( With potential to become full time )
Job Summary:
The Studio Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the studio. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage studio calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and direct inquiries + all customer service enquiries.
Studio Maintenance:
- Ensure the studio environment is clean and organised.
- Monitor and maintain the studio.
- Manage inventory of studio supplies and place orders as needed.
Picking and packing online orders:
- Locating and selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Packing items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Printing and attaching shipping labels to packages.
- Completing necessary documentation for shipping and inventory records.
Inventory Management:
- Keeping track of stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Assisting with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed.
Customer service:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Scheduling and coordinating of all studio appointments.
- Following up with customers and client leads.
- Maintaining and growing the ONTE database.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Tracking shipments and handling billing inquiries.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in a studio or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
